Trane BACnet RTUs on Legacy 3612 Controller – Resolving Heat/Cool Calling Issue If we have Trane BACnet RTU(s) at a Walgreens site that has a legacy 3612 control and, the unit(s) will not call for heat or cool during unoccupied hours when outside of the setpoints. The sites tab gives listing of all sites that the user has access to view. There is a search window if looking for specific site. Clicking on the account number will bring the user to site information. From this page the user can toggle to Site Details, Insights, Assets and Install.
