Trane BACnet RTUs on Legacy 3612 Controller – Resolving Heat/Cool Calling Issue If we have Trane BACnet RTU(s) at a Walgreens site that has a legacy 3612 control and, the unit(s) will not call for heat or cool during unoccupied hours when outside of the setpoints. To fix this issue, we must change the occupied to 00:00 – 24:00 under HVAC settings
