Equipment – Thermostats – TS150W – Cooling Issues
This article will guide you through troubleshooting when a customer is calling in to troubleshoot cooling issues with a TS150W thermostat. This is for situations where there are true performance issues and not when the customer is requesting a temporary override to lower the cool set point lower than it is typically running.

Cooling Issues

- Locate the TS150W Thermostat
- Check that the screen is illuminated.
- If the screen is not illuminated, access the power issues article.
- Is there physical damage?
- If there is physical damage, contact GridPoint Support for more details.
- Check the thermostat’s mode and verify it is in either “cool” or “auto”.
- To check at the thermostat physically, check to see if the “cool” icon is illuminated
- Check current status within GridPoint Intelligence or GEM.
- Check Cool Set Point.
- If the thermostat is still not functioning as anticipated, contact GridPoint Support.
