With Spaces, a schedule is applied to a Space and runs for every HVAC zone in that Space. You create schedules in the Settings Library, then apply them to your Spaces. 

Creating a Schedule 

  1. From the site’s page, go to the Settings Library. 
  1. Scroll down to Schedules. There may already be a schedule listed that you want to use.
    1. If there is a schedule you want to use, skip to Applying a Schedule to a Space.
    2. If there is not, continue to the next step.
  2. To add a schedule, click the clock with a + icon
  1. Name the new schedule and press enter.
  2. A generic schedule appears for you to edit. Each day can have Primary, Secondary, and Closed schedules.
    1. The heating and cooling setpoints for the Primary, Secondary, and Closed periods come from the Comfort Settings in the Settings Library. 
  1. The week starts with the Primary schedule already added. To add a Secondary schedule, click the clock with the + icon.
  2. Set the times for each day. For example, the Primary schedule runs 10am to 1am with a Secondary schedule from 1am to 2am. 

 

Applying a Schedule to a Space

  1. Click the Sites button on the sidebar and select the site.
  2. Open the Spaces view, then open Space Settings for the Space you want to change. You can reach it from the gear icon on the Space row, or from the Space’s three-dot menu by clicking Settings.
  3. In the Schedule dropdown, select the schedule you want to apply. It applies to every HVAC zone in the Space as soon as you select it.

  • To return the Space to its previous schedule, click Revert to Original Schedule.

 

Applying a Schedule to Multiple Spaces 

  1. Click the Assets button on the sidebar.
  2. Use the Filter Assets dropdown and select Show Spaces.
  3. Select the Spaces you want to update by toggling their checkboxes on.
  4. Click Apply Bulk Action, then Apply Comfort Schedule.
  5. Choose the schedule from the dropdown and click Save.
