This article will guide you through the process of Updating a Schedule in GridPoint Intelligence.

Schedule Update
- From the site’s page, go to the Setting Library.

- Scroll down to the Schedules. There may already be a schedule listed that you would want to use.
- If there is a schedule you want to use, please skip to step 9.
- If there is not a schedule already created for you to use, please continue to step 3.
- To add a schedule, click on the clock with a + icon.
- Name the new schedule and click enter.
- This will bring up a generic schedule for you to edit as needed. Each day can have Primary, Secondary and Closed schedule(s).
- In the Comfort Settings section of the Settings Library, each asset has Cool Set Point and Heat Set Point settings for primary schedule, secondary schedule and closed.

- The week’s schedule starts with the primary schedule already added. To add a secondary schedule, click on the clock with the + icon.

- In this example:
- Monday – Thursday primary schedule is 10am to 1am with a secondary schedule from 1am to 2am.
- Friday and Saturday the primary schedule is 10am to 2am with a secondary schedule from 2am to 3am.

- After your schedule is completed, you will need to apply the new schedule to the appropriate assets.
- On the left menu select assets. This will show all the sites and you will select the appropriate site and click the drop-down next to the site name. This will show the assets for that site.

- Check the assets that you will want to apply to this new schedule. In this example we have selected the two Front of House zones to have this schedule applied. Click on Apply Schedule and then choose the new schedule that needs to be applied to these assets.
