The temperature of a zone monitored and controlled by a TS200 can be adjusted at the device. Follow these steps to adjust the temperature at the TS200.
Update Setpoint Temperature
- Locate the TS200.

- To pull up the settings menu, tap on the TS200 screen and then “Menu”, which is in the top right corner of the screen.
- Tap the option that says “Setpoints”.

To adjust a setpoint, tap the up or down buttons next to the Heat or Cool Setpoint.

Generally, setpoints can be adjusted up or down two (2) degrees for up to one (1) hour, but that can vary by customer policy.
Note You can view your setpoints policies in GridPoint Intelligence or GridPoint Energy Management (GEM). This will help determine how many degrees you can adjust your setpoints by and for how long.
- Overriding the Heat Setpoint up will make the zone warmer. Overriding the Heat Setpoint down will make the zone cooler.
- Overriding the Cool Setpoint down will make the zone cooler. Overriding the Cool Setpoint up will make the zone warmer.

Generally, setpoints can be adjusted up or down two (2) degrees for up to one (1) hour, but that can vary by customer policy.
- Tap “Accept” to confirm the changes, should start to take affect shortly. Depending on the size of the zone being heated or cooled, it can take time for the desired temperature to be reached.
