Steps
- Siemens Lighting Panel modules are programmed and maintained by Walgreens, GridPoint can provide overrides for the ZONE not individual circuits. GridPoint does not have access to the programming of the Siemens Panel. We can and should assist the client with their lighting issues and questions.
- DO NOT PROCESS ANY CHANGES TO THE SIEMENS LIGHTING SCHEDULE
- If changes are needed, we will adjust the site hours to accommodate the request.
- If the site is requesting a lighting schedule change, fact find to determine why:
- Is this a temporary request for floor care?
- Is it a change for a recurring event such as sales tagging?
- Is there a problem with the lighting – coming on too early? Not coming on at all? Staying on?
- We should reach out to Walgreens’ EMS/Lighting @708 551-3501 or energymgt@walgreens.com. We need to confirm that troubleshooting steps have been followed. If Walgreens EMS/Lighting can communicate with the panel, they can load a schedule temporarily.
