Lights Partially Faulting

1. Check the communication with the PowerLink G3.  
   1. If 90% or better continue to step 2. 
   2. If communicating with GEM is less than 90% you will want to confirm all the communication wiring is landed correctly.  
      1. Perform a reset on the lighting controller. 
         1. There is a pin hole reset to the left of the arrow buttons.  
         2. After this reset is performed, it may take up to 10 minutes for the Powerlink to communicate with the GridPoint Controller.  
2. Find the site in GEM. 
   1. Configuration > Testing Module > Lighting/Load 
   2. Override lights on. If that does not work, move to Step 3. 
3. Pop the control tabs out on the smart breakers in the LP-SP and LP1 panels. The breakers for each lighting level are in the configuration, this will leave the lights on 24/7 until we can replace/restore the controller and or comms with the lighting.
   1. This must be clearly noted so we can re-engage the control tabs once issues are resolved. Once re-engaged we should send a confirm config to refresh the schedule.
