Lights Partially Faulting
- Check the communication with the PowerLink G3.
- If 90% or better continue to step 2.
- If communicating with GEM is less than 90% you will want to confirm all the communication wiring is landed correctly.
- Perform a reset on the lighting controller.
- There is a pin hole reset to the left of the arrow buttons.
- After this reset is performed, it may take up to 10 minutes for the Powerlink to communicate with the GridPoint Controller.
- Perform a reset on the lighting controller.
- Find the site in GEM.
- Configuration > Testing Module > Lighting/Load
- Override lights on. If that does not work, move to Step 3.
- Pop the control tabs out on the smart breakers in the LP-SP and LP1 panels. The breakers for each lighting level are in the configuration, this will leave the lights on 24/7 until we can replace/restore the controller and or comms with the lighting.
- This must be clearly noted so we can re-engage the control tabs once issues are resolved. Once re-engaged we should send a confirm config to refresh the schedule.
