Inaccurate Humidity Readings

  • Locate the TS150W Thermostat.
  • Determine whether the humidity level in question is by an RSM associated to the thermostat region or the thermostat itself.
    • If with the RSM, check RSM inaccurate humidity readings article.
  • Breathe on the sensor (bottom of thermostat) to see if there are changes in the readings.
  • If it continues to report incorrectly, contact GridPoint Support for more details.
