No Communication to Controller
- Check the signal strength for LoRa devices. To do this, the user will need GridPoint Intelligence Tenant Admin privileges.
- If you have questions about your access, contact your internal IT team or reach out to GridPoint Support for more details.
- Check the address settings for the device.
- Confirm programming in GridPoint Intelligence.
- Click the Wake button.
- Review the LED blink patterns and colors for more details.

- If the device has power and is connecting to the network, you should see the following in order:
- Five red flashes
- One green flash
- One red flash followed by two green flashes
- If the device does not have power, reference this article.
- Reset the EDGE controller.
- If the device still does not connect to the controller, it will need to be replaced. Contact GridPoint Support for additional assistance.
