This article provides insight into basic troubleshooting steps for Wireless Duct Probes with power issues or LEDs not lighting up.

No Power or LED
- If the Status LED is not lit up, click the Wake Button to see if the device has power.
- Review the LED blink patterns and colors for more details.

- If the device has power and is connecting to the network, you should see the following in order:
- Five red flashes
- One green flash
- One red flash followed by two green flashes
- If the device has power and is not connecting to the network, reference this article.
- If the LED does not light up at all, the batteries may be dead.
- The wireless duct probe takes 3.6V ER14505 Lithium Batteries
- While these batteries do look like standard double-A batteries, standard double-A's should NOT be used.
- These batteries can be ordered online or GridPoint Support will be happy to order and ship the replacement batteries for you.
