Power Issues

1. Confirm power.  
   1. Are there lights on the control cards?  
   2. Do the manual override button LEDs light up?  
   3. Power button at the bottom of each panel is On  
      1. Should be 120VAC.  
      2. Lighting panels even in a 277V site are usually 120V panels. 
   4. Control card will have 5Volts DC (communications between controller and card) and 24VDC (provides voltage to operate the relays/plungers) status LEDs to indicate proper power.  
   5. If these are not present when cards are properly seated and panel has power, check fuses, replace fuse if needed or replace the card.
