Lights Not Following Schedule

1. Find the site in GEM. 
   1. Configuration > Testing Module > Lighting/Load 
   2. Override lights on until we can resolve schedule issues.
      
2. If that does not work, continue to step 3. 
3. Pop the control tabs out on the smart breakers in the LP-SP and LP1 panels. The breakers for each lighting level are in the configuration, this will leave the lights on 24/7 until we can replace/restore the controller and or comms with the lighting.  
   1. This must be clearly noted so we can re-engage the control tabs once issues are resolved. Once re-engaged we should send a confirm config to refresh the schedule. 

Schedule Troubleshooting

1. Navigate to Configuration > Configuration Module > Schedule > Lighting/Load 
2. Confirm desired schedule with site employee. 
3. Adjust schedule for each lighting zone as needed.
