Learn how to navigate the Users page in GridPoint Intelligence.

Users Overview
- All users associated with the company can be viewed; if necessary, you can scroll down to see the regions or groups you have set up for your sites.
- You can also use the drop-down option to bring up the users in each region or grouping you have set up for your sites.

Adding a User
Adding a Tenant Admin
A Tenant Admin has access and can make changes to every site in your account. To create a new Tenant Admin, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Users page by clicking the Users icon (two people image) on the lefthand sidebar.
- Click Add User.
- Click Tenant Admin.

- Enter the new user's Full Name and Email.
- Click Save.

Adding a Manager
A Manager has access and can make changes to assigned site in your account. To create a new Manager, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Users page by clicking the Users icon (two people image) on the lefthand sidebar.
- Click Add User.
- Click Manager.

- Enter the new user's Full Name and Email.
- Click the Folder/Site View dropdown and select the site or site(s) the Manager can access.
- Click Save.
