Specific Asset Insights
- From the left menu, go to sites and then select the specific site where the asset is located.

- Click on Assets and scroll to the specific HVAC unit you want details on.
- Click on the circled i icon to open the Information page.

- The HVAC Health Report shows a 90-day overview of HVAC performance and health.
- Each square represents a day. Each color represents one of the following HVAC Health Status performance levels with associated issue definitions:
-
Green: Optimal performance
- “This asset is running effectively without issue. No actions are needed at this time, continue regular maintenance as needed.”
-
Yellow: Suboptimal performance
- No previous issues in last week: “This asset is running sub optimally. Set points are not being met or maintained in expected time frames. Monitoring is advised.”
- Previous issues in last week: “This asset is running sub optimally and has for the last week. Investigation is advised.”
-
Red: Poor performance
- No previous issues in last week: “This asset is running poorly and requires investigation. Set points cannot be met or maintained. Investigation is strongly advised."
- Previous issues in last week: "This asset is running poorly and has for the last week. Investigation is strongly advised.”
- Over-cooling issues: “This asset is producing extremely cold temperatures and should be monitored for possible safety and performance issues.”
- Over-heating issues: "This asset is producing extremely hot temperatures and should be monitored for possible safety and performance issues.”
-
Green: Optimal performance
- Each square represents a day. Each color represents one of the following HVAC Health Status performance levels with associated issue definitions:

- Hardware Efficiency shows any HVAC health alerts and allows you to navigate to different dates and to view efficiencies by week or month.
- The Override section can be manipulated by day, week and month. It shows any manual overrides or curtailment overrides.
- The Telemetry section allows you to filter specifics by day or week. Click on the key to select what is shown in the graph. In this example, we have filtered by week to show only the set points and the zone air temperatures. See those used are dark and the others are greyed out.
