Update Setpoint Temperature

The temperature of a zone monitored and controlled by a TS150 can be adjusted at the device. Follow these steps to adjust the temperature at the TS150.

Update Setpoint Temperature

  1. Locate the TS150.

  1. To pull up the settings menu, tap on the TS150 screen.
  2. Tap the Menu button (three horizontal lines) at the top right of the screen.
  3. Tap the Override button.

Note: You can view your setpoints policies in GridPoint Intelligence or GridPoint Energy Management (GEM). This will help determine how many degrees you can adjust your setpoints by and for how long.

  1. Select the HVAC setting you wish to adjust:
    1. Overriding the Heat Setpoint up will make the zone warmer. Overriding the Heat Setpoint down will make the zone cooler.
    2. Overriding the Cool Setpoint down will make the zone cooler. Overriding the Cool Setpoint up will make the zone warmer.
  2. To adjust a setpoint, tap the plus or minus buttons next to the Heat or Cool Setpoint.
    1. Generally, setpoints can be adjusted up or down two (2) degrees for up to one (1) hour, but that can vary by customer policy.
  3. The changes should start to take affect shortly. Depending on the size of the zone being heated or cooled, it can take time for the desired temperature to be reached.
  4. If you feel that the desired temperature is not being reached, reach out to GridPoint Customer Support.
