Accessing Files in GEM
Learn how to access files related to sites in GEM

GridPoint Energy Manager (GEM) houses useful files, such as commissioning paperwork and reports, related to your sites.
Accessing Files
Log in to GEM from a browser or the GEM app for iOS or Android.
In Browser
- Select a site.
- Click the Files dropdown.
- Click the File icon to download the file. Click the View icon (gray box with circle inside) to view the file in browser.
In App
- Select a site.
- Tap the Location tab.
- Tap Files.
- Tap a file to view in app.
- To share or download the file, tap the share icon (red box with red arrow through it).
