Inaccurate Temperature Readings

- Locate the TS150W Thermostat.
- Determine whether the temperature in question is by an ZSM associated to the thermostat region or the thermostat itself.
- If with the ZSM, link to the ZSM inaccurate humidity readings.
- If it is the thermostat temperature reading, breathe on the sensor to see if the temperature fluctuates. Test the reporting temperature against a thermometer in the same exact spot.
- If the temperature fails to fluctuate or continues to read incorrectly, power cycle (disconnect power supply and reconnect after thirty seconds) and check the reported temperature.
- If it continues to report incorrectly, contact GridPoint Support for more details.
