If you cannot login to GridPoint Energy Manager (GEM), follow these instructions to update your GEM login password.
In Browser
- Navigate to the GridPoint Energy Manager (GEM) webpage.
- Click forgot password.
- Enter details and click Submit. An email will be sent to the user's register email address.
- Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password at login.
In App
- Open the GridPoint Energy Manager (GEM) app.
- Click forgot password.
- Enter details and click Submit. An email will be sent to the user's register email address.
- Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password at login.
