Select the HVAC setting you wish to adjust:
- Overriding the Heat Setpoint up will make the zone warmer. Overriding the Heat Setpoint down will make the zone cooler.
- Overriding the Cool Setpoint down will make the zone cooler. Overriding the Cool Setpoint up will make the zone warmer.
-
To adjust a setpoint, tap the plus or minus buttons next to the Heat or Cool Setpoint.
- Generally, setpoints can be adjusted up or down two (2) degrees for up to one (1) hour, but that can vary by customer policy.

- For assets with Override Profiles that allow for Cancel on Schedule, you can decide if you want to turn that feature on or off. Reference the GridPoint Intelligence article on Overrides for more details on Override Profiles.
- For assets without Override Profiles that allow for Cancel on Schedule, the override will last as long as the duration selected, regardless of the standard schedule.

- Tap the check button to accept changes.
- The changes should start to take affect shortly. Depending on the size of the zone being heated or cooled, it can take time for the desired temperature to be reached.
- If you feel that the desired temperature is not being reached, reach out to GridPoint Customer Support.
