You can update your country and temperature unit preferences in GridPoint Energy Manager (GEM).

Updating Preferences

Log in to GEM from a browser or the GEM app for iOS or Android.

In Browser

1. Navigate to the Settings dropdown (three (3) horizontal lines) at the top right of the screen.
2. Click Preferences.

3. Update preferences.
   1. Country (locale) can be switched between Canada and the United States.
   2. Temperature Unit can be switched between Fahrenheit and Celsius.

In App

1. Tap the three (3) horizontal lines at the top right of the screen.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap User Preferences.

4. Update preferences.
   1. Country (locale) can be switched between Canada and the United States.
   2. Temperature Unit can be switched between Fahrenheit and Celsius.
